Tennessee, especially the eastern section is home to mile after mile of great motorcycle roads. Many of the minor county roads provide a paved (if not race track smooth) way to explore out of the way places. We've found mystery cruising (just riding without a real destination or plan) to be a great way to spend many a summer day.
If there's one ride I'm ALWAYS ready to take, this is it!
This ride is both challenging and relaxing. Winding through the back country at the western end of the Cherohala Skyway you'll find beautiful scenery, technically challenging roads and great places to eat and stay.
Being a short loop ride of about 80 miles, you can enjoy this as a spirited morning ride, an afternoon break or as part of a Smoky Mountains Trifecta.
Combine the Tail of the Dragon, the Cherohala Skyways and this ride to enjoy a full day of motorcycle riding nirvana!
