Follow these Great Motorcycle Backroads for a Great Day Ride Just North of Panama City Beach

These turn by turn drections will take you from Panama City Beach to DeFuniak Springs and back. You'll start out on a 4 lane divided highway but soon end up on some scenic back roads that will get your heat beating and your head on right.

Ride Length

This is an easy 1/2 day ride of about 100 miles. To get the most out of it start early and head up to Defuniak Springs and then hit the Red Bay Grocery for a meal and to quench your thirst on the way back. You'll still have plenty of time to catch the beach in the afternoon or do a little exploring.

Great Alternate Route to and from the Beaches

You can also use this ride route as a great alternative to US-231 and US-331 when traveling to Panama City Beach for the Spring and Fall Thunder Beach Rallies.
